All of the exporters and importers, economic activists, with total commodity sales and rendering services more than 125 million Toomans in the first five months of this year and economic activists with total commodity sales and services more than 300 million Toomans in 1386, have been announced taxable to the first phase of the enforcement of added value tax law. Nader Aria, the deputy of added value tax of tax affairs organization of the country said: “the duties of economic activists of the country in this law are as follows: registration based on duties which tax affairs organization has been specified, receiving bill and paying taxes at the time of buying goods and services, the issuance of bill and receiving taxes at the time of commodity and services selling, keeping documents and registration of buying and selling information in legal notebooks of companies and tax return submission maximum up to 15 days after the end of every 3 months.”
